When you submit an enquiry, Aksharam Interiors collects the name, phone number, city, project details and optional email you provide. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss your interior project.
How your information is handled
Enquiries are stored in the website’s server storage and are available only to authorised administrators and sales staff. We do not sell enquiry information. Do not include financial, identity or other sensitive documents in the form.
Enquiry retention and WhatsApp
The website retains up to 5,000 enquiries. When a new enquiry exceeds this limit, the oldest stored enquiry is automatically removed. After your form is saved, the website opens WhatsApp with the details you submitted. You choose whether to send the prepared message. WhatsApp then handles the conversation under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
To request correction or deletion, submit an enquiry identifying your original request and state your privacy request. You may also call the studio using the contact numbers displayed on this website.
Website services
The website loads some photographs and fonts from external providers, which may receive your IP address. Staff access uses secure account authentication. We do not use marketing cookies or advertising trackers in this version.
